first of all i'm not changing my mind


secondly, i got some dance knowledge now looking a lot up on all of the 10-dances + also doing my research on couples choice (contemporary, street, jazz) dances what the technical basics are for that

My rankings for this week's performances.

1. HRVY & Janette - American Smooth
2. Maisie & Gorka - Jive
3. Bill & Oti - Argentine Tango
4. Jamie & Karen - Jive
5. JJ & Amy - Charleston - it was nice to see him do a fast dance for a change.
6. Ranvir & Giovanni - Viennese Waltz - I'm sorry but yet again another slow and boring dance from Ranvir. How she was third on the leaderboard and only narrowly behind HRVY and Maisie is definitely a mystery to me. The only person the judges should've put her above on the night imo for technically doing a better dance than them is JJ imo.

Musicals Week really did deliver some truly spectacular moments, but now it's time for six couples to become five, as one more pair will be going home tonight.

So, who will make it through for another week and get even closer to that Glitterball trophy? And who will be packing away their dancing shoes for good? All will be revealed very soon...

sorry to say this but i feel saddened how there is such hate for JJ in here


i know he isn't the strongest dancer, but it is a miracle he can dance since his leg injuries were kinda bad, and from launch show to now he has improved anyway


can't say the same for a Jamie, way too frantic all the way through his journey


HRVY has matured, improved a lot since the beginning, also gained some muscle, with those lifts probably too

Maisie has a fanbase but they forgot to vote those 2 weeks in a row, but they are voting now i think, i also find her personality having improved either, much more likeable

Bill not as surprising as first weeks but i still like his performances

Ranvir has been hiding behind slow dances for most of the season, and due to the season not being as long she's more than likely gonna get away with dodging most of the fast dances.

I didn't hate JJ as a person, I just didn't think that he should've got so far in the competition because I personally didn't enjoy his dances very much.

in the ballrooms he was super stunning though



also in that dance off, he should've been saved, not Jamie (i also saw mistakes in Jamie's routine, lots of timing issues him sprinting to try and keep up with the music)

but then again quarter finals is still a nice result

He was average in ballroom as well, he basically got through on gimmick after gimmick, he was very lucky to make the quarter finals over at least 3 better dancers, but no doubt it was a nice result for him I’m sure.

His story isn’t a gimmick, but the way the producers played on it was, he wanted to be taken seriously as a dancer and they couldn’t get enough of giving him different gimmicks, like ‘I’m scottish, so I must wear a kilt’ week

I was just on DS reading Ranvir fans defending her doing the Waltz as one of her two dances this week claiming that she's "the only one doing Ballroom dances" while also saying that she doesn't get a say in the dances, like the other 4 don't get a say in their dances as well but the Ranvir fans are conveniently forgetting that.
