From the creator of movie "Gone Girl" and series "Mindhunter" comes a 1930's Hollywood biopic (in the style of the very same era) starring Gary Oldman, Amanda Seyfried and more. Out in December on Netflix.

So I gave it a go - and gave up.
I just don't think I care enough about the outcome, got about an hour ish in and turned off. It's good but it's very niche. Beautifully shot too, it really feels like it's a movie from the 30's. But yeah - couldn't hold my attention. Last edited by LaLaLand; 27-12-2020 at 07:20 PM. |
