Those that wanted a complete isolationist break from the EU won't be happy and think its a crap deal, those that wanted a customs union with all the rules, regulations, free movement and legal integration with europe won't be happy because the deal doesn't give them that.
May wanted to remain part of the customs union and wanted to retain all the legal obligations that went with it. Boris's deal is nothing like that. Whether thats good or bad depends on your view point, but The May deal and what Boris has negotiated are completely different
