THAT SAID - there is a fairly big problem with people who are not homeless at all (or even doing badly in terms of finances) being part of "begging gangs" in Glasgow, and that IS a slap in the face for those who are genuinely homeless and need help, as people will only give so much. Although, my solution there would be for the homeless to be getting more PROPER help, which would make it a non-issue.

Also if he had any evidence at all that the guy he was confronting wasn't homeless surely he should have shown that, rather than expecting people to take his word for it.

I also don't buy that the lad doesn't speak English (from his reactions) however I fully understand why he would pretend not to to get rid of this arsehole.
