...regardless of debate etc it does have to be proven when saying someone lied
because it’s a character damaging statement that could potentially be viewed as libellous...and open to that being laid...and it’s a good thing that there is protection against that for all of us so that someone would have to prove their words and statements..it’s not giving an opinion or any type of debate or saying ‘in my opinion’ or ‘I think that’ or ‘read that’ or whatever... it’s stating that someone is a liar and actually lied and of course that would always have to be proven because it’s being written as fact in public...
