Fair enough, I haven't read that far into it but it doesn't change the fact it should have been dealt with at the time. Bullying in the workplace should never be tolerated or ignored. If Meghan has done what is alleged, its inexcusable and she should have been dealt with at the time. That is just common sense and the way a responsible employer should work.
