That's terrible then. They failed in their duty to protect their employees. Whoever disregarded the allegations should face gross misconduct.

Well we don't know that as yet, hopefully a thorough investigation will get to the bottom of it so these women get some vindication and closure however that will come, although now that Meghan has left the firm, I assume the only recourse will be some form of compensation and not an apology and admittance of it, if the allegations are proven.

That doesn't negate the fact that whether Harry wanted it hushed up or not, it shouldn't have been. They have become complicit in any bullying that happened and therefore will not be covered in glory for now deciding to investigate. Its all such a mess and the women have been failed if the allegations are true

It must have been an awful time all round....and the repercussions are only being felt and brought to light now.
I really think Meghan and Harry should have put the past behind them and enjoyed their new life in a somewhat less public capacity - but it seems they can't settle enough to do that and perhaps aren't as content as they could be.

“Tabloids.” Shot! “Nightmare.” Shot! “Queen” and “abuse.” Shot and shot!
Trouble is, as the former royals bemoan their lot, it’ll take less than 10 minutes to slide off the sofa drunk.

Judging from the trailers CBS has released of the two-hour special — set to a movie-like soundtrack of soaring violins — the claptrap uttered by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is just another ridiculous pity party.
Pass the sick bucket. Meghan’s complaints about Buckingham Palace expecting them to stay “silent,” that the Windsors “perpetuated falsehoods about her and Harry” and other assorted bleatings make me queasy already.

What did Meghan Markle expect by marrying into the British royal family, the ultimate gilded cage? Her main complaint seems to be that she couldn’t get everything that was offered — the money, the houses, the title — and continue to do whatever she wanted, with no responsibilities.
It’s a bit rich in these terrible times — when people are dying of COVID-19 and others face financial ruin — that these pampered narcissists think it is okay to gripe over perceived slights from the comfort of their $14.65 million mansion in California.

If you’ve lost a loved one to the virus, your job is in jeopardy or your kids are being denied an education, you’re going to feel a whole lot better listening to the plight of a perfectly coiffed actress in a $4,700 dress and a sulky-looking blueblood with a wild-child past.

...were they not red blankets for guests, btw...not towels..?...anyways, apparently from some articles...the feeling is that, this has come from senior royals, to release this now because of the detail being given...so, it’s looking really damaging for all concerned if they have been aware of any inappropriate behaviour and have failed to protect both the staff and Meghan ...it’s very ‘convenient’ timing as well, obviously ...I don’t know how it works with ex Royal staff, these staff members aren’t still employed by the royal household anymore....?....but would they not have a non disclosure agreement so they wouldn’t be able to say anything...(...basically gagged...)...unless they were given permission to, so that would definitely be a senior royal, I would say...I don’t know, though, if they would have had one...
