You could say the same of Meghan detractors though. she's lying and playing the victim whatever she says is the general consensus.

Its quite telling though if the story is true about the Kate / Meghan incident. I assume if Kate sent a note, that could be produced to prove it but for the Royals to have allowed the press to run with that story since the wedding without refuting it is pretty horrible. They could have issued a statement saying there was no truth to that rumour (without throwing Kate under the bus).
