Yes, that poll showed as much as any polls can be trusted really.

That under 35s were strongly in the Prince Harry and Meghan support.
While much older were solidly in the Royal support side.

My own personal view.
I'm braying the door of 30 down now .
My Mum, (often holds different views to me), she is now in her 70s.
We're both in the more supportive to Prince Harry and Meghan.
