She had been ill with the worst stomach bug, paramedics came but by then she'd come round and they were like "lol there's nothing wrong with her, just a sudden blood pressure drop from being so sick". But yeah there's a 999 recording out there of me somewhere, rambling and insisting that my wife "had died" but was now "sat up talking"  .
Then I caught the same bug and spent the next day vomitting my soul out and was like "I understand why u briefly chose death".

The same thing happened to my dad years ago....he had been ill with a stomach bug and had a hot bath which made his BP drop, he fainted but hit his head on the sink, came round, saw the blood from his bust nose and fainted again. The paramedics took him to hospital just in case but all was fine thankfully....he just felt daft sat in a and e in his bath robe
