At 700m really it depends... if it was just immobilised on the bottom then it would be suffocation (which isn't that bad from slowly depleting oxygen, you'd just get a bit breathless then fall asleep). It is a shame no one has made a Communication Device
that works that deep.
Maybe they let some Oil out
to float to the top?
