Regardless of what amazingly well thought out and deep meanings are hidden beneath the tagline "Defund The Police", the thing that was being
voted for would have cut police funding by a
third.
Luckily, the councilors saw sense when the police decided to show them what a defunded police force would look like, and went on semi-strike, and of course crime skyrocketed.
