I'm not really sure how to feel? Rafa deserves the absolute best in his career and I wouldn't want to slag him of for his choices but it is Everton

everton liverpool is hardly a big rivalry anyway

its not even as big as say stoke/ port vale or luton/watford

it's not like he has gone straight from liverpool to everton, he had a long spell at newcastle, liverpool are doing great, why would anyone care?
