The slight hope that remains IMO is that we find a technological solution to restore the balance - which to be fair, isn't beyond possibility. When you consider where we were in 1921 vs where we are now in terms of technology... it's feasible that things will exist by 2121 that we can't even imagine now. Maybe they'll be able to clean the platic out of the ocean in a matter of weeks. Maybe they'll be able to scrub the air. Maybe humanity will **** off into space, who knows.
Yep and you need the infrastructure to cool down. I doubt Canada has it.

Just like we don't if we get snow as someone else pointed out.

And yep, advances in technology could save the day or planet.

Very much a combined effort. No point just raising car taxes because of omissions and trying to go all electric.... it needs a much more holistic approach. Not to even mention electric cars are not currently affordable for your average person or practical.
