Right but you could say that about all good like in shop or where ever you get it from

You could, although there's more watching eyes on them. Delivery drivers are alone, with nobody watching, they could do things like open up your food and eat it or spit in it.

The best way to go about it is, to burn off some calories by walking to the takeaway shop and picking it up yourself, you can put the calories back on by eating your food.
