A better week than last week in my view.
A very easy top one for me.

1. John and Johannes.(Brilliance).

2. Rose and Giovanni.( Was pleased and surprised how good she did this).
3. Tilly and Nikita.( I don't like the Samba but she put massive effort into it).

4.A.J. and Kai, (liked it a lot despite this placing).

5. Rhys and Nancy.( Seemed to fade, it was nice though).
6. Dan and Nadiya.( I honestly cannot remember it, sorry.).

Rose & Giovanni (-3) - I know that I'm in the minority on this one but I'm really sick and tired of Rose keep doing Disney-esque dances, and I just want a week where the Show treats Rose like a normal contestant, I asked of this from JJ last year and never got it, so if for some reason any of Strictly's production team are looking at posts on this Forum, please listen to me about my criticism towards Rose. She's gonna win anyway so why can't she have a non-Disney themed dance and have a whole VT, routine & judges comments that just comment on how she danced rather than on other aspects? Rose is a nice person and a decent dancer, but I am really resenting the fact that she's allowed to do the same dance over the last few weeks. I pulled up Ranvir last year for being repetitive so I'm gonna do the same to Rose.
7. Tom & Amy (-2) - No offence to Tom as he seems like a nice guy (and he had a great Paso imo) but again he does tend to just blend into the background which I can't stand when watching Talent Shows.

I like to stay consistent with my opinions on contestants so if anyone feels like I'm being unfair to any of the contestants then I'll definitely try to take it on board.

Tonight's interesting for me as I feel like I've got my favourite dance of the night, my runner-up dance of the night and who my bottom two dances were on the night, but my middle two are practically a draw with each other.

Anyway here's my rankings.

1. John & Johannes (+2) - A phenomenal dance from John, it should've been a 40 imo.
2. AJ & Kai (Non-Mover) - There were mistakes in the dance here or there, but overall I thought that she had a technically very advanced routine on the night that was very impressive for the most part imo.
3. Rose & Giovanni (+3) - Not her best dance, but I like the fact that she tried to give a different vibe to one of her dances for a change. Strange Music for the Paso though.
4. Rhys & Nancy (+1) - Again like with Rose I commend him for trying to do something different, but it was only an okay dance for me personally, him and Rose had different problems and strengths in their dances that held them back for me this week.
5. Dan & Nadiya (-4) - It was better than I was expecting from a Dan meets Rumba dance, but he is definitely behind most of the pack at this stage of the competition imo.
6. Tilly & Nikita (-2) - Sadly this dance didn't work for me. In fact I was cringing so hard at certain points of the dance, that I couldn't even look at the screen properly. If she does go through this week then hopefully she'll do better next week.

Fair enough.

Personally I thought that John & Johannes had the most exciting and polished dance of the night.

AJ was very good though.

Rose & Giovanni: very strong efforts, great performance for me personally, dramatic enough for my liking, agree with Gio either that this must've been very difficult for her considering most of the time she comes across as smiley, happy person, this was undermarked 9

Dan & Nadiya: totally agree with Shirley here, latin dances you need to move grounded, surprised Craig didn't know this, also his hip action what i saw looked okay, don't know what Craig was talking about, hip action can only be done one way, agree with Cynthia too he finished those lines beautifully, this was decent for a beginner with one of the hardest dances 9

AJ & Kai: did i enjoy this, yes and no positives first so what i liked were all the various technical details, she executed each movement with a feeling perfectly, what i didn't like, a little bit too jazzy for my liking, but that is just me, and this was a stunningly performed routine for someone who has never danced before 10

Rhys & Nancy: overmarked for my liking, this wasn't bad, but not great either just down in the middle, great choreo though by Nancy 8

Tilly & Nikita: same as with Dan, having had a very difficult dance, this was great for a novice, i loved the bend knee movements they looked gorgeous, decent hip action, a smile throughout from her which is also what i always want to see someone enjoying every second of every routine where you are allowed to smile in, some bits she really looked like a diva, sambalicious my darling sambalicious 10

John & Johannes: FINALLY John you have arrived <3 this tango argentino was on same levels of fabness as Nicolas & Vadim their tango, sorry craig stealing your line ''A-MA-ZING'' 10

It was a really powerful routine and John in the main led in it.
It was one of the very best Argentine Tango routines I've seen on Strictly.

They've done 3 truly in my view spectacular routines over the weeks.
This one, their Charleston and what remains for me, the best thing I've seen on Strictly ever.
Their Pirates Paso Doble.

I still think and hope it will be John, along with AJ and Rose in the final.

They are the 3 as near perfect pairings there could be in this series.
However, 2 pairings will only be there to make up the final.
As I firmly believe the public, who are the ONLY ones who decides who wins.
They have already decided weeks ago, their winner is going to be Rose this series.

I agree with you, exciting and polished are the words for John and Johannes routine and performance last night.
Totally worthy of the top place on the inconsistent judges leaderboard.

I think she would be brilliant. The only probably would be the side by side section. But maybe they could do that face to face. A bit like Danny and Oti Charleston.
