putin has been out of the global narrative in recent years, a lot of this posturing is probably to satisfy his generals.
If america wanted to inflict economic harm on russia, it has the potential to be devastating to russia, if they have the balls to do it. If i were russia i would poodle about a bit and then get back in my box |
