2000's as it's the decade I grew up in, but the 90's had some fantastic artists and bands at their peak or arriving - Nine Inch Nails, PJ Harvey, Bjork, Nirvana, Slipknot, Hole.

80's were good, 70's were fine and had some classics but along with the 60's was too full of boring dad rock bands.
