It's exceptionally difficult to go through life and not come into contact with other people, even if you don't go out a lot. You have a responsibility to protect yourself, there are reminders everywhere about keeping your vaccinations up to date especially if you're vulnerable.
Have your jabs and have visitors wear a mask if you're concerned.

If you don't have your jabs and you get very ill you have nobody to blame but yourself.
