The last time i went to a museum in Glasgow. I distinctly said to one one the staff "is it ok to take pictures?" and they smiled and said "sure"
10 minutes later as i left with a large 15th Century oil i was flattened by 2 security guards and spent 6 months in jail so you can keep them
