A scooter with a kid on it once passed by me. He was going so fast he barely had the time to avoid me.
I don't think they're safe at all.

This is the Trouble with them
that can reach 35miles an hour


And that on a Pavement
is deadly.


Police have them on Camera
they must seize more of these expensive E-Scooters
