There was definitely talk of Trump still secretly being in control and that this would be revealed (along with masses of evidence on the scale of voter fraud) in; January 2020, October 2020, January 2021, March 2021. I think it was then abandoned as "not happening".

Definitely more than "trump didn't hand over power to biden" which is basically just a concession phone call and speech, working with the new administration to hand everything over, then just turning up for the inauguration, so it doesn't even need to said he didn't do a hand over.
