Due to feed increases: Chicken to get as high priced as Beef/Steak

What does "the same price as beef" even mean? Per animal? By weight? Which part of the animal? A beef roasting joint? A steak? Because as far as I can tell there's not currently a huge difference between 500g of chicken breast and 500g of beef mince... with the mince probably actually being cheaper.
