I Love my brick

One that seems to be used all the time now (although pretty much always written down/typed rather than vocally) is "Happiest of Birthdays" when did people start saying this all the time instead of Happy birthday? I don't know why it annoys me so much
Anyone else got some phrases that annoy them?

English people who say "No worries". It sounds odd. I've noticed Niamh say it... but somehow it's more acceptable from the Irish. I have no idea why... not sure why it annoys me so much.

I say it all the time.....mainly in a passive aggressive way though when someone has pissed me off and then give a half assed apology.
