100 million + Americans have rights to carry a gun. The amount of these types of mass shootings is less than 100 in this century. That tells you that 100 millions of Americans arne't going around shooting people just because they have a gun.
You're giving power to the criminals to change the course of history whenever they wish to if you only act when they commit evil crimes.
