Luca is very much a grown man, if she turns on him during casa amor, he can stand up for himself and defend his position in the show and also go for someone else
in all fairness, Gemma is simply the Dani Dyer of this series, the main attraction of the show also her exes look hot, i must say, she has had some great taste  i prefer Cameron's looks over Jacques's but that's my personal opinion
