[The mother of James Bulger, who was
murdered in 1993 at the age of two,
has met with Justice Secretary Dominic Raab
following a campaign by the paper.
It says thanks to the meeting,
James' case will be discussed in Parliament
and a public inquiry is moving a step closer.]
