Thank you for that…I do believe that having re offended his identity should be revealed and his punishment for the offence should have been more severe. Those boys were let off lightly…albeit they were only children themselves…but to then go on and re offend the law should have come down really hard.
I really hope this is now achieved….and it will hopefully give Denise and Ralph some sort of justice.
