Don't get me wrong I know it depends on the role ,but the person needs to have the skills aswell .

I don't doubt the way she looks was probably the most important aspect of her securing that role. It's just the weird obsession of pretending everything that's ever happened in her life, is confirmation of whatever the deep thinkers project on to her and want to believe, I don't get.
