Well, he parked the car on the tracks on purpose and put her in there on purpose, knowing the car was on the tracks and the videos showed they heard the train coming in plenty of time, I don’t think they deliberately set out to have her plowed into by the train, but it’s a complete dereliction of safety and duty and as a result the officer should be permanently fired and held personally responsible for all costs of injuries, bills and compensation
