Apparently he’s taken some bits out, following the Queen’s death, which is why it’s been delayed. He obviously didn’t care about the alive Queen’s reaction to it, but after the shock of seeing how popular the Monarchy are with how the public reacted to the Queen's death, he's running scared, poor thing.

Horrible title, I agree.

Tbf he might've put in some negative stuff about Elizabeth in the Book that might be seen as in poor taste given that she's only just passed away.
