Ah, okay. I did wonder what happened to Jesus.H.Christ but I just didn’t see the similarity between ‘him’ and Slim Reaper posting-wise so I assumed they were just different people.

They were more similar at first but Slim went into some sort of mid-forum-life existential spiral (triggered by the trans debate) and came out the other side ... changed.

It's not as uncommon as you'd think. LT actually used to be a preacher (Greek Orthodox I think).

LeatherTrumpet and I definitely aren't people who see eye-to-eye but I'm sure if he wanted people to know about his orthodox days he would've said. When your own position as a new member appears (rightly or wrongly) dubious (especially then), you don't fill people in on what other members did or didn't get up to back in the day. Maybe it was the business of the people he must've apparently told at the time but I doubt he wants it mentioning now.
