He went on to gain notoriety online, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted. He has since been reinstated.

"The four suspects ... appear to have created an organised crime group with the purpose of recruiting, housing and exploiting women by forcing them to create pornographic content meant to be seen on specialised websites for a cost," prosecutors said, according to the Reuters news agency.

The brothers have been under investigation since April alongside two Romanian nationals.

Video circulated widely on social media appears to show Mr Tate and his brother being led away from a luxury villa.

Mr Tate moved to Romania five years ago.

Tbh it was always obvious that he wouldn't have acquired all his wealth that quickly legitimately, I did think he'd enjoy a certain level of protection in Romania though as there is quite a lot of corruption and shady practices going on there

The funny thing about it being confirmed that he isn't being arrested for human trafficking is that he's bragged endlessly about his "pimping" in Romania (human trafficking). Of course his cultish followers are STILL too far down the rabbit hole to realise that this further confirms that he lies endlessly about his lifestyle. He's full of ****. He doesn't have half of what he says - he does have quite a bit of money in the bank at this point but it comes from grifting his own followers.

He is an absolute catastrophe for the mental wellbeing of teenage boys. People focus on the misogyny - which yes is also horrendous - but overlook the effect he has on his own followers. Hes a huge part of helping to create a generation of boys who want what he has, who have been promised that they can have what he has by emulating him, but will never actually have it (because its a scam) and will never have what they actually need either. They'll have nothing but their parent's basements, a boatload of resentment and (in the worst cases) a gun collection.

Everyone should be "triggered" by his rhetoric.

At least he does not pretend he is gay and wear women's clothing to earn countless millions from impressionable young girls and deflect from his dreadful music. I mean who would do that?
