That's not always the case. I GRAFT HARD. But when the mind starts racing away with itself as you try to sleep theres no going back.
I used to take under the counter ambient during covid down in essex just before bed to help me with that. Now I'm up in Scotland I find a simple podcast(usually ricky Gervais karl pilkington and Stephen merchant ones) does the trick just as well. I'm away by 12 at the very latest and up again for work at 6.50. Like clockwork.
