it's risk vs reward as it always has been regarding health. So there is nothing new in that respect.
Regarding misinformation. Blocking information that a "power" deems wrong is a very slippery slope. What we should be concentrating on is education. Making sure that everyone has the capability to make their own educated judgement on what they are reading/hearing. To do anything else is giving power to the few rather than the many
