. Though I suspect that's the British perspective, they're not AS panned in the press in the US as they are here.
I'm not saying they're "above" parody or shouldn't be parodied, but that South Park usually does "current" the right way - with astute observations and a twist on the perspective. They're not usually bandwagon-hoppers and this does feel a little... bandwagon-y. But again, maybe that's because it's a UK bandwagon and a US show. They actually missed a tonne of material ripe for parody. They could have included Piers Morgan for a start
