This continues to keep happen , social services keep allowing this . How many more deaths will it take before action is taken before it's too late !??.

He looked so happy with his foster family, how they could have handed him back if nothing else given the conditions of the flat they were living in is beyond belief....they will get whats coming to them in prison

I keep thinking about this poor baby,he did look happy with his foster parents,why oh why,give him back to such disgusting people (cant call them parents) he must have suffered so much.
