The "vape supplier" to the kids at my daughter's school is ... the dad of one of the girls in her year, selling them out the boot of his car .

It is a major issue though, apparently the toilets are always full of kids vaping. Worse than it was with cigarettes because it doesn't have an obvious smell that lingers in the room / on clothes so unless caught in the act, not much that can be done about it by teachers.
