A citizen arrest using force and ending with some one dead will get a full investigation. Police can kill people when they don't like what they're doing. Unfortunately ordinary citizens cannot.

I very much doubt this man will be found innocent. Manslaughter is a minimum charge for him

I can guarantee you if it were a cop holding the guy in a choke hold there would be plenty people telling him to stop, shows really some people dont actually care about their fellow human beings unless there is an angle in it for them

It wasnt self defence and he didnt feel threatened if he got two other people. He may be in a lot of trouble. HE should have found a security guard.
