Erm a choke hold is always dangerous and the guy - especially as a trained marine - is probably guilty of manslaughter.
However it shouldn't (... Shouldn't...) be anything like George Floyd because there is a pretty huge difference between a civilian ex-marine and an on-duty police officer in terms of power differential and responsibility. |
