I can’t find anything on this being mentioned in the court case by the Mirror or any evidence - could you post the link from where you seen this?
Harry will deserve any compensation he will get from unlawful info gathering, absolutely.

He revealed that William received ‘a very large sum’ in 2020 in compensation from NGN group (once again invading William’s privacy) but he handily failed to mention that William donated the entire amount to Harry’s Invictus Games.
I wonder if Harry will donate anything he gets to charity?

If only the Royal family could sue Harry for invading their privacy. He didn’t care what he said about them being splashed all over the tabloids. They didn’t need to get info unlawfully, Harry gave them the gift of never ending headlines with his docu, interviews and book. To make thousands upon thousands of dollars. From his own family.
Not to say he shouldn’t highlight wrongdoing by the press, but he needs to have a good hard look at his own appalling hypocrisy and morality.
