I'm around 5 feet 10 tall, and at one point I was 22 stone.
This was about 23 years ago. I was massive. I was that fat I could put my belly in the bathroom sink.  Now I am just 12 stone.  No drugs to lose weight.JUST cut food down A LOT. Never eat after 5pm. And no booze.
