This rule is ridiculous. It said it stops littering...well does it?
Cigarette butt dropped. Fine issued. Cigarette butt still left on floor. Bloody ridiculous, but I'm annoyed at the council as well for apologising just cause the women is old. And what happens to school kids? Do they get approached and fined? |
