They are not food though we have made them into that,maybe they were needed for food in the dark ages,but they are not needed now. IF you saw a bird in trouble you would try and help it,then go and eat a chicken it doesnt make sense LT, they are bred in their millions,abused a lot and then killed,for what,a few minutes on your taste buds.people are up in arms about the dog and cat trade in China .what is the difference ,all these animals are sentient beings.that is my opinion and you did ask for it. You don't believe in God anyway.
