He's not taking them on at all. He gave them all tax breaks.

He spoke about a new healthcare plan when he was running as a candidate - still waiting.

He loves to say what he's doing, without ever actually doing it.

What elites is he fighting, exactly? Not with trumpy words, but what did he actually do when he had the chance.

He did what all other republicans would do - the bare minimum, crack down on voting, and then tax breaks. The only difference is that he tried to do a coup and failed.
