Fairly accurate description although I do go 19 hours each day without eating ( just drink water ) and then eat a day’s food in a 5 hour window ( 5pm - 10pm)


Many top class athletes now build this into their training schedules just to get an edge on their competitors

intermittent fasting !

tbf Jenkin not being able to graze over food all day long may do him a favour in the long run in terms of feeling hungry all the time
