I'm not saying she's stupid or uncaring (she is a youth worker after all) but I am saying she's not a person with a whole lot of substance.

Is she actually a youth worker? How long does it take to obtain the required certs and/ or diploma?

Even being a youth support worker (different role) requires, "...sensitivity and understanding. the ability to work well with others. patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations."

Not sure I have seen much of any of this from her.
