Paul's comment about Noky being fake is in response to 2 others having a "blazing argument" when the survivors return.

That could be between Olivia and Noky. Olivia could have a blazing argument in an empty room (especially a toilet with the seat up).

Noky wouldn't be likely to have a "blazing argument" with Dylan or Kerry.
