I genuinely think this will end with Gaza as a dust bowl, and the West Bank depopulated/fully annexed as Israel. ANd I don't think Israel will face international consequences.

Depends. Only if Russia/China get involved and both have other issues. Hezbollah can't fight modern western military tech and they don't have nuclear weapons to use as a deterrent like Russia... ... ... a 3rd Gulf War is more likely than WW3 and it will be extremely lopsided. Take Israel vs Gaza as a microcosm of what will happen. If it wants to (and in an absence of interference from other world powers) the US military could reduce the entire Middle East to dust around Israel with barely any losses and without using nuclear weapons.

nope, the hypocrite EU and UN were quickly to hand out sanctions to Russia

but when it comes to Israel, they pretend they don't see them doing a single thing wrong
