I think Noky said something innocent about finding the toilet blocked and they jumped at the chance to embarrass her .. but rather than ignoring them she kinda made it worse by continuing to explain what happened

Yeah she said it was already blocked or something,and that they kept blocking it
. Jenkin is the main culprit I bet ,with Tom not far behind.
